Workshop in SURE with the Stakeholder forum

The SWEET-SURE project actively exchanges and engages with major Swiss stakeholders such as cities, cantons, authorities, industry, and NGOs (Stakeholder Forum). As part of this collaboration, we will conduct a workshop on November 5, 2024.
The goal is to measure and analyze your preferences and priorities on a comprehensive list of sustainability and resilience indicators related to the future of the Swiss energy system. Your input is pivotal to helping us evaluate the performance of different energy pathways for Switzerland until 2050 when exposed to certain severe shock events.
The workshop focuses on:
1.      Acquainting the participants with the key sustainability and resilience indicators that measure the performance of the pathways.
2.      Introducing the updated SWEET-SURE pathways and showcasing their performance on the indicators.
3.      Asking for your preferences and priorities on the indicators to determine the most preferred energy pathway using a collaborative group decision-making framework.
Your participation is crucial as it provides a unique opportunity to shape Switzerland’s future energy landscape together, ensuring that it meets sustainability and resilience objectives from diverse perspectives, including those of NGOs, industry, and public authorities.
